Reactions

If you have a reaction to any of our products, please contact us immediately at clinic@skinetc.com.au. When reaching out, provide a detailed description of your reaction, specify the product used, and include photographs of the reaction if possible. Our team aims to respond within 48 hours to offer guidance and support via email or phone to effectively address your concern.

Exchanges & Refunds

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged products. To start an exchange process, please email clinic@skinetc.com.au with a description of the issue and attach photos showing the defect or damage, if applicable. We will assist you with the exchange procedure, including instructions for returning the defective or damaged product to us.

Our return policy extends for 14 days from the purchase date. If you received the incorrect product or are experiencing a reaction, you qualify for an exchange or refund within this timeframe. Please note that all exchanges and refunds are subject to individual evaluation.
